Cologne, July 9 2025 - The German Renault Retail Group is now relying on the digital payment solution bezahl.de from the Aufinity Group. Both retail and service will benefit from digital payment processes at all 15 of the manufacturer's German locations. The partnership between the companies aims to optimize order-to-cash processes and better address customer needs and market requirements.

The entire payment process is transparent and traceable for everyone involved, from the customer to the accounting department. The solution also enables fully digital installment payments in after-sales for the first time, offering customers even more flexibility. With a selection of omnichannel payment options, they can now also pay for their vehicles via smartphone in real time. Since June, all German Renault Retail Group locations benefit from the Aufinity Group's digital solution.
