bezahl.de is expanding its range of services within the car dealership and enables a new way of payment in the service business: Thanks to the newly developed bezahl.de Smartkasse, workshop invoices can be paid at self-service cash registers independently, cashless and without personnel costs. The result is shorter waiting times and a quick collection process for the customer, as well as less effort and paper for service and checkout personnel. Thanks to the modern and sleek design, the smart cash register also visually fits well into the ambiance of any car dealership.

Maximum customer satisfaction through minimal waiting times

In addition to paying with their own smartphone, customers of automotive repair shops can now complete their payment in a car dealership with just a few clicks even without a smartphone. After entering the invoice number at bezahl.de Smartkasse, you can simply pay by credit or current card or even PayPal. This means that once the invoice has been explained, there is no need to line up again at the information desk and, in case of doubt, pay in cash. A previously sent payment invitation makes it possible to replace the local payment process led by employees. At the same time, the payment is assigned to the respective invoice in a fully automated manner, so that the checkout process, including posting, is also greatly simplified.

Several innovative retail groups have already introduced bezahl.de Smartkasse as part of a development partnership, one of which is Autoschmitt in Frankfurt and Idstein. With great success: Customers and employees appreciate the new and innovative process.

Autoschmitt takes off

Zahl.de partner Autoschmitt is the first VW partner to launch fully digitally with the new bezahl.de Smartkasse. In close cooperation with Steffen Wünsch, managing director of Autoschmitt Idstein, the service connection was implemented in partnership and on bezahl.de by Elena Trapp and Christian Gumbert. As a result of the good cooperation, bezahl.de Smartkasse was integrated as quickly as possible as part of a pilot project. Customers are therefore also offered the most digital payment process on the market locally. “Customers and employees are impressed by bezahl.de Smartkasse and are particularly pleased with the fast processing during peak hours,” says managing director Mark Karpinski about the bezahl.de service. “The feedback from Autoschmitt and the dynamic, partnership-based cooperation have helped us extremely to understand and meet the needs of the market,” adds Lasse Diener, co-founder and CEO of bezahl.de.
